Who we are

What we collect and why

• Account: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash), to run your account.
• Orders: the items you buy, prices, delivery address, and phone number, to deliver your order and keep required records.
• Returns: the reason and notes you give, to process your return.
• Saved addresses: addresses you choose to save, to speed up checkout.
• Drop list: your email address, when and where you signed up, and when you confirmed, to send release emails you asked for.
• Payments: Flutterwave processes your payment. We receive the payment result, not your card number.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the store: Flutterwave (payments), Brevo (email), and our hosting providers. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics measures visits and purchases; if you accept marketing cookies, Meta measures our Instagram and Facebook ads. They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and similar technology

Your bag and sign-in session are kept in your browser's local storage, and a sohe_consent cookie remembers your cookie choice for six months. These are needed for the store to work.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, _ga) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, _fbp) are set only if you accept them, and nothing is sent to Google or Meta before you choose. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawing consent removes those cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open, and order records for as long as the law requires. Drop-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent (for example, by unsubscribing from drop emails). Email support@sohenation.com.

You can also complain to your data protection authority: the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
